Is Penrose Worth To Be Bought?

We would like to thank to those who have attended our LIVE Webinar where we talked about the prospects of Penrose and how we can use Feng Shui as a navigation pillar in helping us to decide if this property is worthy for yourself. We will be talking about Penrose@Sims Drive on the prospects of personal stay or investment and what are the 5 things that you should avoid when purchasing a property

Let’s get right into it;

1. AVOID BAD STRUCTURAL DESIGNS

Turning / whirling structural Designs. J-shape / U-shaped will stuck the flow of Chi. These types of structural design will block off the good Chi. Red-blood cell will not be replenishing properly. One single block or long elongated block buildings will be the most suitable.

2. NEGATE THE MISSING SECTORS

If your house has a missing corner, we will look at which area is structurally not usable. Example of this house has a missing corner at North East & North

Normally missing corners means something is less supportive. For example if you have 1 antenna to tap 2.4G & 1 antenna to tap 5G then you can tap two. Some wifi routers can only tap to 2.4G antenna so it can only tap to 2.4G not the 5G frequency.

North is Kagua, Northeast is Geng Kua. Most of the houses will have a missing corner. Who are the most important people when buying houses? Who are the 2 persons who are usually the decision maker? The father and the mother.

Usually when we are looking for us, we look at the NW and SW first. NW represents Father, SW represents Mother. I would suggest these 2 to not be a missing corner. In YiJing everything starts from heaven and earth, and heaven and earth represents Father & Mother. If these 2 fundamentals are not stable, and does not have good Chi, then everything becomes susceptible to bad Chi.

For all lives to start functioning, Nurture is the word. Heat is very important for any live force to grow. That’s why bonding, relationship all pertains to flow. That’s why heat relates to Li Gua (South). In generic, make sure that south, SW and NW has less missing sector.

If you have 2 or 3 missing sectors in 3 of these area, then you will become vulnerable to bad Chi that would pull down the fundamentals of the family.

How much missing is considered as missing? The more full blown is missing, the more worse it is.

3. IS IT OUT OF SIGHT?

When you’re looking for house, whether landed or high-rise. Standing at the door looking out, kitchen door, look out, if there’s no junction at all means it’s totally out from your sight. So better consider. A junction needs to be seen when you go look out from your house/kitchen/toilet/balcony door.

Issues in Chi Tapping if no junctions are seen. If there’s no junction, look for terrain instead.
When there’s no junction, no terrain, no lake, no reservoirs then you might want to reconsider. For landed houses, terrain and lakes are useful.

4. AVOID ENCLOSED ZONES

Every time when you open the door and you have full year long of strong wind then it’s not too good as well (mostly penthouses). If the wind is too gushy that it might topple things over then it’s too strong of a wind. We can’t contain the Chi when the wind is too strong.

5. ROAD DESIGNS

Think a few times before buying a house that’s at the corner of the turn. You are Letting go all the good Qi that are supposed to flow into your house.
