Hope you like my sharing on the Feng Shui for Parc Canberra. Some units are really great for stay while others are more suited for investment.

I sounded like a broken record, but this is important. I always iterate the importance of getting a home that matches your financial and personal objectives, instead of looking from the Feng Shui perspectives. Fengshui is used as reinforcement to the property based to your objectives. There is no such thing as the best unit. We all want different things in life. The best unit is one that fit your own criteria and can help you to level up as you stay in there while working towards your goals.

Another new launch is coming! It’s OLA Executive Condo in Sengkang!
This one is a bit different. If you are one with an investor mindset… this is the place!

The landforms are strong based on the rivers and terrain, I would say that this place suits more for investment, with a few unit stacks great for stay too!

One thing I need to point out, this property do have MORE potential for EXCELLENT INVESTMENT OPPORTUNITIES both for developer and the buyers. But due to the design of some key important areas of the property, they missed this potential for ‘Wealth from all directions’ formation. In fact, in my opinion, these ‘flaws’ do not need a lot of cost to remedy!

Nevertheless, based on the current information that I have, these are my inputs on the Feng Shui for OLA:
• Good Blocks for Stay: 76, 84
• Good Blocks for Sales in future : 72, 78, 80
• Better stacks for Investments or Wealth opportunities (if one choose to stay): 3, 7, 8, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 22, 32, 25, 26, 34
• The 3rd floor units in Block 76 and the 2nd floor units in Block 84, and 8th floor units at Block 74 might be worth a second look.
Those unit stacks that I did not mention, I have no comment.
