I have recently done a quick assessment on Parc Canberra. It sits right at the junction of Canberra Link and Canberra walk. I would say it is a pretty good development. If you know how to identify the GOOD blocks or stacks, tapping in the good ‘Qi’ will be a breeze.
If you have been following my previous Facebook posts, you would know that I like to emphasise on the topic regarding “tapping power banks”. Any amount of internal house Feng Shui will still be pretty limited if we ignore the external landscape of a property and fail to tap in the good ‘Qi’ from external.
When it comes to choosing a unit of your dream home, first you have to like the unit and it has to fit your purchase objectives and financial budget.
What I am going to share on Parc Canberra are based on Feng Shui aspects, for your reference only.
After assessing the fengshui of this property, below are some of my personal takes:
• Good Unit # Stacks :- 2, 4, 5, 6, 9, 10, 13 (will not dwell into which levels)
• Better Unit # Stacks :- 1, 14, 17, 18, 23, 24, 28 (will not dwell into which levels)
• In general, Block 1, 3, 5, 7, 9, facing Canberra Link are good for both stay and investment as compared to those units facing the pool.
• Block 7, 9 (at the South) generally can be good investment, while unit # stacks 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 23, 24, 28 (at the East and West) are better for family stay and relationships.
• Mid floor units at Block 11, 13, 15 (facing the road, not facing the pools) enjoy better oversea opportunities (as long as the field is there and the units enjoy unblock views)
• The 3rd floor units in Block 1 and 3 and the 9th floor units in Block 11, and 4th floor units at Block 3 and 5 (facing the guard house) are worth a second look.
Those unit stacks that I did not mention, I have no comment.
There is no such thing as the best unit. We all want different things in life. The best unit is one that fit your criteria and can help you to level up as you work towards your goals.
All the best and happiness for those buying Parc Canberra.
